Founder of Prime Marketing. Building marketing systems for service businesses since 2003.
Two decades of one stubborn idea.
Evan Terrell is the founder of Prime Marketing, which works with US-based service businesses doing $1M to $10M a year. He has worked in digital marketing since 2003, and we have built our work around a single conviction: that the reason marketing fails is almost never effort, and almost always structure.
That conviction came from pattern recognition, not theory. Across home services, outdoor living, beauty and aesthetics, and the trades, we kept watching the same thing happen: capable operators pouring money into ads, websites, SEO pushes, and a rotating cast of vendors, while revenue stayed volatile. The activity was real. The predictability never showed up. The businesses that broke out of the cycle weren't the ones who spent more; they were the ones who got demand, authority, and conversion working as a single system instead of five disconnected line items.
Marketing doesn't fail from a lack of effort. It fails from a lack of structure.
Prime Marketing is the operating model we built around that idea. Every engagement starts with a Growth Blueprint, a documented audit and a 12-month roadmap, because executing tactics without a strategy is how budgets disappear. The work runs 100% async, with no sales calls or standing meetings, and we report on revenue, qualified leads, and cost per lead rather than impressions and follower counts. We accept four new clients per month. When capacity is full, enrollment closes.
The results are on the case study pages. We have worked with Junk Control in Las Vegas for nearly a decade, we took a microblading studio's Murrieta location from near-closure to fully booked in 30 days, and we helped an outdoor-living company enter a premium market. See the case studies.
Our team writes here about what actually moves revenue for service-business operators: paid acquisition, local SEO, content and AI search, conversion, and the revenue operations that tie them together. The throughline is always the same: fewer tactics, more system.

Reading about it is one thing. Installing it is another.
Every engagement begins with the Growth Blueprint: a complete audit and a 12-month roadmap that turns the ideas in these posts into a system built for your business specifically. The Blueprint takes about 4 weeks from the day you give us access to your systems.
